Life threw me a curveball when I found myself moving home after university to help my single, retired mother raise my young nephews. For the next decade, I thought this would be my parenting journey, helping to raise these two wonderful, exhausting and rewarding children. I am the best aunt and a great cheerleader, even though I am generally the bad cop. I have climbed mountains and walked on glaciers, jumped out of airplanes and scuba dived in the ocean. I am blessed that I have managed to help raise two great young men while still travelling to many different places and helped to instil a curiosity for the world in my nephews because of that. In 2018 I met my now husband. He fell into the role of Uncle and caregiver so easily; I started seeing things in a different light, how raising a child with this person by my side could be that last piece of the puzzle. We are currently embarking on our first parenting journey ourselves and I am so grateful to do so with my Fearless Family by my side.

I believe that no matter why you may need help building your family, any person who wants to provide a loving, nurturing environment for a child to thrive and grow in, should have that opportunity. Too many people struggle in creating a family of their own for a multitude of reasons, and it is so heartbreaking and unfair. Making the choice to use a Surrogate or Egg Donor to become a parent must be a really difficult choice, that comes with so many fears, hopes and emotions. Our Intended Parents really are Fearless. And the incredible women who embark on a Surrogacy or Egg Donation journey? They are truly awe-inspiring. I know that the team at Fearless cares so deeply about all of our Intended Parents, Surrogates and Egg Donors and that supporting and advocating for them is the highest priority. I am so proud to work with Fearless Surrogacy, to work alongside a group of incredible women and to have a wealth of knowledge and support at my fingertips. I look forward to continuing to learn, grow and help in any way that I can.
