Dana DeMille

Dana (she/her) is an administrative professional who is passionate about supporting families in their journeys, whatever those look like. She has also gone through (and still going!) her own infertility journey, and can offer a unique perspective from the inside of the fertility clinic.

Dana earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University in Drama and History in 2012. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Event Management from Algonquin College. Though she now works mainly in the administrative field, and is working on earning her Human Resources Management Certificate and aiming to become CHRP certified, she loves working in people-oriented environments.

Dana began her family journey in 2020, when she entered treatment, undergoing IVF. Her family background includes many different ways of introducing children (adoption, IUI, IVF), so she knows how essential support and understanding is during this still rather unknown type of journey. There's so much to learn, and she will be able to support anyone through their own interactions with a clinic and what to expect, even though she's mainly working in data and office management! (After two egg retrievals with multiple types of cycles, she's seen a lot!) It doesn't matter how your family got here, what's important is that it exists, and that you are informed and advocated for the whole time.
